Seminars

Our team has a wealth of experience, and exchanging this knowledge with others is one of our primary goals.

Casa Caponetti is fully equipped to host seminars on all of the facets of the farm, ranging from sustainable farming and food systems to ecotourism to history and archaeology.

We are proud to host a yearly archaeological dig with volunteers from nearby universities, and Lorenzo Caponetti has travelled the world giving lectures on organic farming and olive oil production. Whether your organization is interested in arranging a seminar on the farm or offsite, our team members are eager to share the practices we’ve developed with others. Lorenzo’s lectures are also available online (see below for his lecture at Cornell University – Department of Horticulture) and he is available for webcasts.

Our converted barn has space for up to 80 people and is equipped with audio visual and WiFi capabilities. In addition, we can arrange a series of talks with invited guests and provide you with refreshments and meals throughout the day. If you are planning to host a conference over a number of days we can arrange for accommodation for your guests and speakers, and provide any further activities or tours to complement the theme of your gathering.

For more information please contact us at eventi@casacaponetti.com and let us know the type of event and facilities you’ll need, or if you are interested in an offsite seminar with members of our team.
