Lorenzo’s US Tour to Support The Initiative

Lorenzo will be making stops in the United States to support The Initiative, our non profit research project that brings actors from throughout the global food chain to Casa Caponetti in order to facilitate a dialogue about the future of our food system. He’ll be appearing in Cleveland, Philadelphia and New York in partnership with local chefs to talk about the importance of keeping olive oil production organic, and the challenges that presents in the face of unprecedented natural and social change.
